Nestled in the breathtaking landscape of Lumiar and just a short drive from iconic towns like Nova Friburgo, Eco Resort Hotel Villa São Romão is a delightful escape that captures the essence of relaxation. I recently welcomed the New Year here with close friends, and the experience was nothing short of enchanting. The private chalets offered us stunning views of flowered gardens, complete with hammocks on the patio-ideal for afternoon lounging with a good book. We were spoiled by generous homemade dishes featuring organic countryside ingredients at the cosy restaurant, where breakfast each morning included delightful croissants and local jams that perfectly kickstarted our days. The sound of the nearby river was a calming backdrop, encouraging us to explore the scenic nature trails surrounding the property. After an adventurous hike, the sauna was a serene retreat that made our rainy afternoons feel luxurious. With attentive staff always ready to assist, our stay was imbued with warmth and hospitality. I can't recommend Eco Resort Hotel Villa São Romão enough; we are already planning our return trip!
